Daily Fallout 76 Briefing - June 19, 2026
Double SCORE weekend runs through June 22, doubling every challenge reward you earn today. Daily Ops sends you to Community Center against Communist enemies in Decryption mode with three active mutations. Today's daily slate is almost entirely Nuka-Cola themed, and P.R.O.T.E.C.T. Protocol cosmetics are free in the Atom Store through June 23.
Active Events Today
Double SCORE, Double Mutations, Treasure Hunter and Legendary Sale
June 18 – June 22, 2026
All SCORE rewards are doubled through Monday's 12:00 PM ET reset — today's full daily challenge slate is worth up to 11,000 SCORE if you complete every challenge including the Gold Star. Mole Miner Treasure Hunters are spawning across Appalachia during this window; kill them for Treasure Maps, then use those maps to dig up buried loot caches for rare plans and materials. Legendary items carry a vendor sale discount while the event is active.
Banded Axolotl — June Axolotl of the Month
June 2 – July 7, 2026
The Banded Axolotl spawns only in the Mire and Toxic Valley this month, found in Small Fish spots near water. You're at the halfway point of the window with 17 days remaining — look for fishing spots along the waterways in those two regions.
Today's Daily Ops
| Mode | Decryption |
| Location | Community Center |
| Enemies | Communists |
| Mutations | Savage Strike + Swift-Footed + Freezing Touch |
Mutation breakdown:
- Savage Strike — Enemy melee attacks deal increased damage; avoid letting enemies cluster around you at close range.
- Swift-Footed — Enemies move and close distance faster than normal, reaching the terminal more quickly.
- Freezing Touch — Enemies have a chance to apply a cryo freeze effect on hit, temporarily slowing or immobilizing you.
Strategy: In Decryption mode, your objective is to eliminate enemies before they can interact with and decrypt the terminal. Swift-Footed Communists will rush the terminal faster than usual, so prioritize intercepting enemies as they advance rather than fighting at a distance and hoping to clean up. Savage Strike punishes getting cornered or surrounded, so keep mobile and avoid standing in dense enemy clusters near the terminal. Freezing Touch can lock you in place at critical moments — stay aware of your positioning so a freeze doesn't leave you unable to respond to enemies reaching the objective.
Today's Daily Challenges
| Challenge | SCORE |
|---|---|
| Gold Star: Complete a Daily Challenge (x6) | 2000 |
| Drink Nuka-Cola Wild (x2) | 500 |
| Collect any flavor of Nuka-Cola (x5) | 500 |
| Drink Nuka-Cola (x3) | 500 |
| Drink Nuka-Cola Quantum (x2) | 500 |
| Drink Nuka-Grape (x2) | 500 |
| Drink Nuka-Orange (x2) | 500 |
| Take a Camera Picture at Nuka-World On Tour | 500 |
Quick completion tips:
- Gold Star: Complete a Daily Challenge (x6) — Complete any 6 of the other daily challenges to unlock this. With Double SCORE active, this pays out 4000 SCORE. Today's Nuka-Cola slate makes stacking six completions straightforward if you stock the right drinks in advance.
- Collect any flavor of Nuka-Cola (x5) — Pick up 5 Nuka-Cola bottles of any type from containers, vendor machines, or enemy drops. Nuka-World On Tour has reliable vending machine spawns for multiple flavors; combining this trip with the Camera Picture challenge saves time.
- Drink Nuka-Cola (x3) / Drink Nuka-Cola Wild (x2) / Drink Nuka-Cola Quantum (x2) — Each flavor challenge is tracked separately; drinking a Nuka-Cola Wild does not count toward the base Nuka-Cola challenge. Stock each flavor in advance before burning through them in one sitting.
- Drink Nuka-Grape (x2) / Drink Nuka-Orange (x2) — These flavors are less common in random containers; check player vendor camps or vendor machines at Nuka-World On Tour. The current Double SCORE event may bring more players selling stocked beverages at CAMPs.
- Take a Camera Picture at Nuka-World On Tour — Equip a Camera (crafted at a Tinker's Bench using circuitry, glass, and aluminum) and take any photo while inside the Nuka-World On Tour map area. Combine this with your Nuka-Cola collection run to clear both challenges in a single stop.
Weekly Challenges
| Challenge | Reward |
|---|---|

| Buy an item from or Sell an item to another Player (x15) | 1000 SCORE |
| Collect Caps (x2500) | 1000 SCORE |
| Complete a Grunt Hunt (x10) | 1000 SCORE |
| Consume an Alcoholic Beverage (x20) | 1000 SCORE |
| Craft any Plushie at a Tinkerer's Bench (x3) | 1000 SCORE |
| Kill a Mole Miner (x30) | 1000 SCORE |
| Kill a Rust Raider (x30) | 1000 SCORE |
| Mod an Energy Weapon (x5) | 1000 SCORE |
| Scrap junk to produce Acid (x15) | 1000 SCORE |
| Scrap junk to produce Adhesive (x15) | 1000 SCORE |
Quick completion hints:
- Complete a Gold Star Daily Challenge! (x3) — Earn the Gold Star each day by completing 6 daily challenges; doing so three times this week satisfies this. Today's Nuka-Cola theme makes Day 1 easy to clear.
- Kill a Mole Miner (x30) — The active Treasure Hunter event is the ideal window for this: Mole Miner Treasure Hunters are spawning in force across the map through June 22. Hit them while the event is live to clear 30 kills well before the weekend ends.
- Complete a Grunt Hunt (x10) — Grunt Hunt is a Daily Ops mode; check NukaKnights each day for the current mode rotation and run Daily Ops on the days it appears to progress this efficiently.
- Kill a Rust Raider (x30) — Rust Raiders appear at raider-faction locations throughout Appalachia. Concentrate on areas with high enemy density and server-hop to reset spawns once a location is cleared.
- Buy an item from or Sell an item to another Player (x15) — Visit player vendor CAMPs and make 15 purchases; even cheap individual items count. Selling items from your own CAMP vendor also qualifies toward the sell side.
- Consume an Alcoholic Beverage (x20) — Craft beer, whiskey, moonshine, or other alcoholic drinks at a brewing station, or loot them from raider camps and kitchens. Crafting in bulk before a play session keeps this moving passively.
- Craft any Plushie at a Tinkerer's Bench (x3) — Requires a plushie plan (Brahmin, Radstag, Mirelurk, or others) and the corresponding materials. Confirm you have both the plan unlocked and crafting components before heading to the bench.
- Scrap junk to produce Acid (x15) / Scrap junk to produce Adhesive (x15) — Acid yields from items like Abraxo Cleaner, Bag of Fertilizer, and Coolant; adhesive from Wonderglue, Economy Wonderglue, and Duct Tape. Bulk-collect these from containers and scrap at your CAMP workbench.
- Mod an Energy Weapon (x5) — Apply modifications to energy weapons at a Weapons Workbench 5 times. Having the weapon and mod components on hand before visiting the workbench prevents extra trips.
- Collect Caps (x2500) — Public Events, selling legendaries during the active Legendary Sale weekend, and looting safes all contribute. The current Double SCORE event brings more players into events, which can improve loot quantity and sale proceeds.
