Daily Fallout 76 Briefing - June 14, 2026
Three weekend events — Double XP, Scrip Surplus and Double Mutations, and the P.R.O.T.E.C.T Protocol community challenge — all end at Monday's reset. Uplink Daily Ops hits Watoga High School against Blood Eagles with Piercing Gaze, Group Regeneration, and Freezing Touch. Minerva (List 15) arrives at Fort Atlas tomorrow.
Active Events Today
P.R.O.T.E.C.T Protocol — Community Challenge
June 7 – June 15, 2026 The community Infestation-clearing challenge enters its final hours — contribute by running public Infestations across Appalachia before Monday's 12:00 PM ET reset to push toward any remaining milestone rewards.
Double XP Weekend
June 11 – June 15, 2026 All XP earned is doubled through Monday's reset. This is the last full day to stack the weekly Gain XP repeatable (10,000 XP) efficiently before the bonus expires — one public event or Daily Ops run fills it quickly under Double XP.
Scrip Surplus and Double Mutations
June 11 – June 15, 2026 Legendary scrip trade-in payouts remain boosted and all world enemies carry double mutations through Monday's reset. Sell unwanted legendaries at the Rusty Pick or Purveyor before reset, and farm mutated public events to knock out both the weekly Mutated Public Event (x3) and Kill a Mutated Enemy (x30) challenges today.
Today's Daily Ops
| Mode | Uplink |
| Location | Watoga High School |
| Enemies | Blood Eagles |
| Mutations | Piercing Gaze, Group Regeneration, Freezing Touch |
Mutation breakdown:
- Piercing Gaze — Enemies gain increased accuracy and a higher critical-hit chance; incoming crits hit harder, so keep health above half at all times and avoid tanking multiple attackers.
- Group Regeneration — Enemies regenerate health while within range of other enemies; focus fire to burst one target down fully before switching, or use AoE weapons to prevent clusters from healing each other back to full.
- Freezing Touch — Enemy melee attacks have a chance to freeze (slow) the player; prioritize Blood Eagle melee rushers and maintain distance to limit freeze proc opportunities.
Strategy: In Uplink mode, maintain presence near the Uplink device to keep the transmission filling — Blood Eagles attack in waves to disrupt your position. Group Regeneration is the primary threat: Blood Eagles tend to cluster, so use shotguns, explosive weapons, or area-effect attacks to clear groups before they outheal incoming damage. Avoid melee engagement when possible to sidestep Freezing Touch procs that would stall your repositioning. With Piercing Gaze active, favor cover and quick burst damage over prolonged fights in the open.

| Kill an Enemy in the Forest Region (x5) | 250 |
| Take a Camera Picture of a Snallygaster | 250 |
Quick completion tips:
- Gold Star: Complete a Daily Challenge (x6) — Finishing any 6 of the 8 other dailies earns the 1000 SCORE Gold Star; chain the fast junk-collection and kill challenges first to reach six quickly.
- Collect a Teapot (x2) — Teapots are kitchen clutter found in residential homes throughout Appalachia; Flatwoods farmhouses, Morgantown apartments, and houses in the Forest region each contain multiple teapots per building sweep.
- Drink Nuka-Cola Dark (x2) — Nuka-Cola Dark spawns at Nuka-Cola vending machines and in containers at diners and restaurants; The Whitespring Resort bar area and vending machines at train stations are reliable spots to grab two quickly.
- Collect a Microscope or Biometric Scanner (x2) — Science equipment spawns in labs, schools, and medical facilities; Watoga High School (today's Daily Ops location) has microscopes on classroom desks, making this a free pickup during your ops run.
- Collect any flavor of Nuka-Cola (x5) — Nuka-Cola vending machines at any train station or the Whitespring Resort dispense multiple cans per visit; any flavor counts, so grab extras while hunting Nuka-Cola Dark.
- Complete a Daily Quest — Any repeatable daily quest from Wayward, Flatwoods, Foundation, the Crater, or Vault 76 qualifies; The Lowe-Down at Flatwoods and Flavors of Mayhem are among the fastest to complete.
- Cripple a Ghoul's Leg (x2) — Use VATS and target the Leg body part on any Feral Ghoul; the Whitespring Golf Course and Grafton Dam have dense Ghoul spawns and two legs can be crippled in rapid succession.
- Kill an Enemy in the Forest Region (x5) — The Forest covers the southwest area around Flatwoods, Vault 76, and Morgantown; any enemy type killed there counts, and the area is dense with Ghouls, Mole Rats, and Scorched.
- Take a Camera Picture of a Snallygaster — Snallygasters spawn in the Forest; known locations include the area southeast of Vault 76 near Summersville and the Toxic Larry's Meat 'n Go roadside area. Equip your camera from the inventory consumables wheel, approach within photo range, and snap the shot to complete it.

| Scrap junk to produce Glass (x30) | 1000 SCORE |
Quick completion hints:
- Complete a Gold Star Daily Challenge! (x3) — Earn today's Gold Star (complete 6 dailies), repeat tomorrow, and finish on Tuesday if needed; these require three separate reset-day sessions.
- Repeatable Under Rank 100: Gain XP (x10000) — Today is the last full day of Double XP; a single public event or Daily Ops run under Double XP clears this repeatable in one shot — run it today before Monday's reset ends the bonus.
- Repeatable at Rank 100 or above: Complete a Public Event (x3) — Rad Rumble, Eviction Notice, and Heart of the Swamp are high-population events that complete quickly; three runs fill the repeatable.
- Build a Decoration in a Shelter (x15) — Enter your Shelter and place or move any 15 decorative items; overlaps with today's daily (Collect a Teapot can be grabbed before entering), so knock both in one session.
- Collect Pre-war Food (x20) — Canned goods, Sugar Bombs, Fancy Lads Snack Cakes, and similar pre-war packaged foods qualify; the Morgantown High School cafeteria and Whitespring Resort kitchen area have multiple spawns per visit.
- Collect RadAway or Rad-X (x15) — First-aid kits, medical cabinets, and pharmacy shelves yield both items; AVR Medical Center in Charleston and the Whitespring Bunker clinic area have reliable multi-spawn locations.
- Collect Soap (x14) — Soap spawns in bathrooms throughout Appalachia; the Charleston Capitol Building restrooms and Whitespring Resort hotel rooms offer multiple soap spawns per building sweep.
- Complete a Mutated Public Event (x3) — With Double Mutations active through Monday, most public events already feature mutated enemies; completing these also directly counts toward Kill a Mutated Enemy (x30).
- Kill a Mutated Enemy (x30) — Pair with Mutated Public Event runs; each mutated enemy killed in an event counts, and multiple completions stack the kill total quickly.
- Cripple a Human's Head (x25) — Target Raiders, Cultists, or Gunners using VATS with the Head body part selected; the Savage Divide raider camps and Ash Heap locations have dense human-enemy spawns to grind this steadily.
- Mod an Energy Weapon (x5) — Visit any weapons workbench with five energy weapons (laser rifle, plasma pistol, Gatling plasma, etc.) and apply any available modification to each — even switching a scope or barrel counts.
- Scrap junk to produce Glass (x30) — Glass Shards, empty Nuka-Cola bottles, and Mentats packages all yield glass when scrapped; check your junk tab and scrap in bulk at any workbench.
