Active Events Today

The Big Bloom Event

May 19 – June 2, 2026

Today is the last full day of The Big Bloom — the event closes tomorrow, Tuesday June 2, at 12:00 PM ET simultaneously with the Infestations (Patch 68) update. Run the public event now to complete the daily Overgrown kill challenge and push toward the weekly 20 Beezlebaby/Beezlebub kills before the event disappears. Equip your Flower Crown headpiece before entering the event.

Minerva (List 13) — Foundation

June 1 – June 3, 2026

Minerva opens today at Foundation for a short Monday–Wednesday window with her List 13 stock. Highlights include Plan: Plasma Cutter (2000 Gold Bullion, 25% off vendor price) and Plan: Brotherhood Recon Jet Pack (1500 Gold Bullion). She is stationed on the right side behind the bridge at Foundation.

Today's Daily Ops

ModeDecryption
LocationWest Tek
EnemiesFanatics
MutationsSavage Strike, Toxic Blood

Mutation breakdown:

  • Savage Strike — Enemies deal significantly increased melee damage; keep distance and avoid letting Fanatics close to melee range to prevent burst damage.
  • Toxic Blood — Enemies release a poisonous cloud on death; move away from a target immediately after killing it to avoid standing in the toxic splash.

Strategy: West Tek Research Center is a multi-level indoor facility in the Savage Divide with corridors and labs that channel enemies toward the objective. In Decryption mode, locate the terminal and remain near it while waves attack — progress pauses if you leave the terminal area. Use doorways and corners as cover to engage incoming Fanatics at range and limit Savage Strike melee exposure. When enemies die, step back quickly to clear the Toxic Blood cloud before repositioning to the next threat.

Quick completion tips:

  • Gold Star: Complete a Daily Challenge (x6) — Finish all eight individual dailies and the Gold Star unlocks automatically once any six are done; no separate action is required.
  • Consume an Alcoholic Beverage while on a Team (x5) — Join any team first, then consume five alcoholic drinks from your inventory or a food vendor; Nuka-Shine, Beer, Wine, Whiskey, and similar count.
  • Collect a Board Game — Board games spawn in residential homes; Flatwoods and Charleston houses have reliable spawns. Pick up one game and hold it for the Scrap challenge below before scrapping.
  • Complete an Event while in a Team — Run The Big Bloom public event with at least one other player; this satisfies the team event challenge and the Overgrown daily simultaneously.
  • Drink Nuka-Cola Dark (x2) — Nuka-Cola Dark is found in coolers, fridges, and at vending machines throughout Appalachia; player vendor camps frequently stock Nuka-Cola variants cheaply.
  • Kill an Enemy in the Skyline Valley Region (x5) — Fast travel to Skyline Valley (the region south of the main Appalachian map); any five enemy kills in the region count, and enemies near the entrance roads are accessible targets.
  • Kill an Overgrown during The Big Bloom Event while wearing a Flower Crown (x3) — Equip a Flower Crown headpiece before joining a Big Bloom public event instance; Overgrown enemies spawn throughout the event and both conditions — Flower Crown worn and event active — must be met simultaneously for kills to count.
  • Scrap a Board Game — After collecting a Board Game for the challenge above, scrap it at any crafting workbench to satisfy this challenge at the same time.

Quick completion hints:

  • Complete a Gold Star Daily Challenge! (x3) — The Season 24 scoreboard expires tomorrow (June 2) with Patch 68; today is the last realistic day to earn a Gold Star, so complete all six dailies to lock in your count.
  • Repeatable Under Rank 100: Gain XP (x10000) — The Big Bloom public event delivers solid XP per run; complete multiple instances today before the event closes tomorrow at noon.
  • Repeatable at Rank 100 or above: Complete a Public Event (x3) — Run three Big Bloom event instances back to back today while the event is still active.
  • Buy an item from or Sell an item to another Player (x15) — Visit player vending camps and buy inexpensive bulk junk or food items; each individual purchase transaction counts separately toward the 15.
  • Collect Purified Water (x25) — Use a C.A.M.P. water purifier or claim a workshop with water resources and collect batches throughout the day.
  • Collect Stimpaks or Chems (x20) — Loot hospitals and first-aid kits; Watoga Hospital and Grafton General are high-density sources for both stimpaks and chems.
  • Collect a Board Game (x4) — Residential homes in Flatwoods, Charleston, and Summersville have reliable Board Game spawns; the daily Collect and Scrap challenges overlap here.
  • Consume any Chems (x9) — Use Buffout, Mentats, Jet, or similar chems across the week; stimpaks do not count toward this challenge.
  • Kill a Beezlebaby or Beezlebub during The Big Bloom Event (x20) — Today is the last day to reach 20 kills; run multiple Big Bloom event instances back to back. Both Beezlebaby and Beezlebub count toward the total.
  • Kill a Cultist (x25) — Cultists spawn at Mothman cult ritual sites in the Forest near Point Pleasant and Kanawha Nuke-Site; the Eye of the Storm event reliably spawns large Cultist clusters.
  • Scrap junk to produce Bone (x15) — Kill Snallygasters, Deathclaws, or Rad Scorpions to loot bone-containing junk, then scrap at any workbench to produce Bone.
  • Sell Yao Guai Ribs to an NPC vendor — Kill a Yao Guai (Forest or Savage Divide), loot the Yao Guai Ribs, then sell to any NPC vendor such as the Whitespring vendor or the Responders trader in Flatwoods.
