Today's Daily Ops
| Mode | Uplink |
| Location | The Burning Mine |
| Enemies | Scorched |
| Mutations | Piercing Gaze, Reflective Skin |
Mutation breakdown:
- Piercing Gaze — Enemies detect players at increased range and through light stealth; crouching invisibility is less reliable here, so rely on distance and cover when moving through the mine corridors.
- Reflective Skin — Enemies reflect a portion of incoming damage back to the attacker; avoid sustained burst attacks and favour consistent mid-range fire to limit the damage you take back from reflected hits.
Strategy: The Burning Mine is a coal mine in the Ash Heap with narrow corridors and industrial chambers that funnel Scorched into tight chokepoints. In Uplink mode, stay near the designated uplink terminal for the required duration while enemy waves spawn — moving too far from the objective marker pauses the uplink progress. Use the chokepoints to your advantage by positioning at the terminal entrance and engaging Scorched as they approach, but keep distance to limit Reflective Skin returns. With Piercing Gaze active, do not rely on stealth to reposition; use the mine's side passages for cover instead.

- Gold Star: Complete a Daily Challenge (x6) — Complete all eight individual dailies and the Gold Star triggers automatically once any six are done; no separate action required.
- Cripple a Human's Head (x2) — Human enemies include Raiders, Cultists, and Settlers; use VATS to target the Head slot and land two crippling hits. Any Raider camp or Cultist ritual site in the Forest works.
- Collect any flavor of Nuka-Cola (x5) — Any Nuka-Cola variant counts; note that the Nuka-Cola Wild and Nuka-Grape you collect for the two drink challenges below also count here, so finishing those two simultaneously fills three of the five needed.
- Drink Nuka-Cola Wild (x2) — Nuka-Cola Wild spawns in refrigerators and coolers throughout Appalachia and at Nuka-World On Tour vending machines; player vendor camps often stock it cheaply.
- Drink Nuka-Grape (x2) — Nuka-Grape is found at the same locations as other Nuka-Cola variants; Nuka-World On Tour and player vending machines are reliable sources.
- Kill a Honey Beast — Honey Beasts spawn in The Mire region; reliable locations include the area around the Southern Belle Motel and near water sources throughout The Mire.
- Kill an Insect during The Big Bloom Event while wearing a Flower Crown (x5) — Equip a Flower Crown headpiece before joining a Big Bloom public event instance; the insects that spawn during the event count. Both the event requirement and the headpiece requirement must be met for kills to count.
- Use Photomode to Take a Photo at Nuka-World On Tour — Fast travel to Nuka-World On Tour in the Ash Heap, open photomode, and save any photo; no specific subject or framing is required.

Quick completion hints:
- Complete a Gold Star Daily Challenge! (x3) — Earn the Gold Star on three separate days by completing at least six dailies per day; the Season 24 scoreboard closes Tuesday so prioritise today, Monday, and one more day if you are not at three yet.
- Repeatable Under Rank 100: Gain XP (x10000) — Big Bloom public events and daily quest chains deliver solid XP chunks; run multiple event instances today while the event remains active.
- Repeatable at Rank 100 or above: Complete a Public Event (x3) — The Big Bloom public event counts; three completions can be done in a single play session today before the event window closes Tuesday.
- Buy an item from or Sell an item to another Player (x15) — Visit player vending camps and buy cheap bulk junk or food items; each individual transaction counts, so spreading small purchases across multiple vendors adds up quickly.
- Collect Purified Water (x25) — Use a water purifier at your C.A.M.P. or claim a workshop with water sources and collect batches periodically throughout the day.
- Collect Stimpaks or Chems (x20) — Loot hospitals and first-aid boxes; Watoga Hospital and Grafton General are high-density sources for both stimpaks and chems.
- Collect a Board Game (x4) — Board games spawn in residential homes and recreational buildings; Flatwoods, Charleston, and Summersville houses have reliable spawns.
- Consume any Chems (x9) — Use Buffout, Mentats, Jet, or similar chems from your inventory across the week; stimpaks do not count toward this challenge.
- Kill a Beezlebaby or Beezlebub during The Big Bloom Event (x20) — The Big Bloom closes Tuesday; run repeated event instances today and tomorrow to reach 20 kills before the cutoff. Both Beezlebaby and Beezlebub count toward the total.
- Kill a Cultist (x25) — Cultists spawn at Mothman cult ritual sites in the Forest near Point Pleasant and Kanawha Nuke-Site; the Eye of the Storm event also reliably spawns Cultist clusters.
- Scrap junk to produce Bone (x15) — Kill Snallygasters, Deathclaws, Mole Rats, or Rad Scorpions and loot their bone-containing junk; scrap at any workbench to count toward the 15 required.
- Sell Yao Guai Ribs to an NPC vendor — Kill any Yao Guai (found in the Forest and Savage Divide), loot the Yao Guai Ribs, then sell to any NPC vendor such as the Whitespring vendor or the Responders trader in Flatwoods.
