Scrip Surplus

All legendary scrip values are doubled this week. Now is the time to break down stockpiled legendaries at the Purveyor and cash in. Murmrgh is open for business through Monday at 12 PM ET.
Today's Daily Ops
| Mode | Uplink |
| Location | Charleston Capitol Building |
| Enemies | Fanatics |
| Mutations | Piercing Gaze, Swift-Footed |
Mutation breakdown:
- Piercing Gaze — Enemies detect players through stealth and cover; sneak builds lose their usual advantage.
- Swift-Footed — Enemies move faster than normal, closing distance to objectives and players rapidly.
Strategy: Uplink mode requires activating relay terminals while waves of enemies contest the area. With Swift-Footed, Fanatics sprint to your position and can interrupt terminal interactions — plant yourself near the activation point and use high burst-damage or AoE weapons to clear rushes before they reach you. Since Piercing Gaze removes stealth as a safety net, prioritize hard cover and survivability over sneaking. Fanatics deal energy damage, so Power Armor or gear with solid Energy Resistance helps absorb their fire while you hold the terminal.
Today's Daily Challenges
| Challenge | SCORE |
|---|---|
| Gold Star: Complete a Daily Challenge (x6) | 1000 |
| 1st: Chew some Bubblegum | 250 |
| Complete a Daily Operation on a Public Team | 250 |
| Craft Energy Ammo (x15) | 250 |
| Craft or Scrap a Ranged Weapon (x5) | 250 |
| Deal a Critical Hit to an Enemy in VATS (x5) | 250 |
| Kill an Enemy with any Energy Weapon (x8) | 250 |
| Mod an Energy Weapon | 250 |
Quick completion tips:
- Gold Star: Complete a Daily Challenge (x6) — Knock out any six other dailies first; the Gold Star reward is claimed on top and pushes you toward the weekly Gold Star challenge.
- Chew some Bubblegum — Craft Bubblegum at a Chemistry Station (requires Purified Water and Sugar), or loot from refrigerators and kitchen areas in residential buildings.
- Complete a Daily Operation on a Public Team — Form or join a Public Team before entering the Charleston Capitol Building Op. Completing it this way satisfies this challenge and lets you stack the energy weapon kill challenge in the same run.
- Craft Energy Ammo (x15) — Head to any Ammo Workbench and craft Fusion Cells, Plasma Cartridges, or 2mm Electromagnetic Cartridges; 15 total rounds clears it.
- Craft or Scrap a Ranged Weapon (x5) — Craft or scrap cheap Pipe Pistols or Hunting Rifles at a Weapons Workbench; five interactions complete the challenge.
- Deal a Critical Hit to an Enemy in VATS (x5) — Build your critical meter in VATS and spend it five times; the Fanatic waves in today's Daily Op are convenient targets.
- Kill an Enemy with any Energy Weapon (x8) — Use a Laser Rifle, Plasma Gun, Gauss weapon, or any energy weapon; Fanatics in today's Uplink Op at Charleston Capitol Building double as targets.
- Mod an Energy Weapon — Visit a Weapons Workbench and apply any available mod to your energy weapon; one interaction is enough.

| Scrap junk to produce Cork (x15) | 1000 SCORE |
Quick completion hints:
- Complete a Gold Star Daily Challenge (x3) — Complete the Gold Star daily on any three days this week; each day's Gold Star counts as one toward the weekly total.
- Build a Floor, Wall, or Roof in a Workshop or CAMP (x25) — Place 25 building pieces at your CAMP or at a Workshop; basic wooden floor tiles each count individually, making this fast to batch.
- Catch a Fish while it is Raining (x2) — Equip a Fishing Rod and cast at any fishing spot during in-game rain. The Cranberry Bog and Mire regions see rain fairly often; wait for the rain animation, then cast twice.
- Collect a Burnt Book (x25) — Burnt Books appear on shelves and floors throughout ruined buildings. The Charleston area, Flatwoods homes, and the Morgantown university district have reliable clusters; server hop to reset spawns if needed.
- Complete an Event while Wearing a Costume (x2) — Equip any outfit flagged as a Costume in your wardrobe before joining a public event such as Eviction Notice or Line in the Sand.
- Consume an Alcoholic Beverage (x20) — Craft Beer, Wine, or Nukashine at a Brewing Station; also buyable from vendors. A single crafting session of 20 drinks knocks this out immediately.
- Destroy a Robot (x30) — Watoga has dense Protectron, Assaultron, and Sentry Bot spawns throughout the city. The Whitespring Resort parking areas also have regular Sentry Bot patrols. Server hop to reset quickly.
- Kill a Mole Miner (x30) — Head to the Ash Heap: Mount Blair and Garrahan Mining HQ both have dense Mole Miner packs. The "Powder Ganger" and nearby ore extraction areas refresh often on server hops.
- Scrap junk to produce Cloth (x30) — Military Duct Tape, Wonderglue, Pillows, and Tarps all yield Cloth when scrapped at any workbench. Farm junk from raider camps and residential areas.
- Scrap junk to produce Cork (x15) — Pre-War Money and Flip Lighters contain Cork. Pre-War Money is common in pre-war homes, safes, and cash registers across Appalachia; scrap a stack at any workbench.
