Minerva (List 9) — Now Open at Foundation

Today's Daily Ops

ModeDecryption
LocationVault 94
EnemiesFanatics
MutationsSavage Strike, Swift-Footed

Mutation breakdown:

  • Savage Strike — Fanatic melee attackers deal significantly increased melee damage; expect hard hits if enemies close to short range.
  • Swift-Footed — All Fanatic enemies move faster than normal, closing distance to players quickly and reaching data canister locations before you expect them.

Strategy: In Decryption mode, locate and interact with data canisters scattered through Vault 94 while Fanatics spawn in waves to disrupt the decryption. Swift-Footed enemies rush canister positions rapidly — clear each room thoroughly before beginning any decrypt interaction rather than trying to tank hits mid-progress. Savage Strike makes melee-range combat with Fanatics punishing, so prioritize maintaining distance with ranged builds or bring stagger and knockback effects to interrupt rushing attackers. Pairing up works well here: one player covers the room while another interacts with the canister to reduce the window for interruption.

Today's Daily Challenges

ChallengeSCORE
Gold Star: Complete a Daily Challenge (x6)1000
Complete an Event while Wearing a Costume250
Collect any flavor of Nuka-Cola (x5)250
Complete an Event while in a Team250
Drink Nuka-Cherry (x2)250
Kill a Rust Raider (x5)250
Kill an Enemy in the Toxic Valley Region (x5)250
Take a Camera Picture at Nuka-World On Tour250

Quick completion tips:

  • Gold Star: Complete a Daily Challenge (x6) — Finish all 7 non-Gold-Star challenges to clear this. Stacking the two event challenges (Costume + Team) and pairing the Nuka-Cola/Nuka-Cherry challenges together keeps the session count low.
  • Complete an Event while Wearing a Costume — Equip any full costume outfit from your wardrobe before joining a public event. Pair this directly with "Complete an Event while in a Team" to knock out both in a single event run.
  • Complete an Event while in a Team — Join a Public Team via the Social menu or invite a friend, then complete any public event together. Any event qualifies, including smaller ones like Patrol Duty or Uranium Fever.
  • Collect any flavor of Nuka-Cola (x5) — Nuka-Colas are found in vending machines, kitchens, and diners throughout Appalachia. The Nuka-World on Tour area has high density and pairs naturally with the Camera Picture challenge — grab both in one trip.
  • Drink Nuka-Cherry (x2) — Nuka-Cherry can be crafted at a cooking station (Nuka-Cola + Mutfruit) or found at Nuka-World on Tour near refreshment stands. Two are easy to collect or craft in a single visit.
  • Kill a Rust Raider (x5) — Rust Raiders are found in the Burning Springs region. Reliable spawn locations include The Rust Kingdom, Checkpoint Canyon, and Fort Steuben. Fast-travel to Burning Springs and clear one or two sites to reach five kills quickly.
  • Kill an Enemy in the Toxic Valley Region (x5) — Head to the Toxic Valley in northeast Appalachia (around Grafton and Clarksburg). Ghouls and other enemies spawn reliably near Grafton Dam and Toxic Larry's Meat 'n Go. Five kills come fast in this enemy-dense area.
  • Take a Camera Picture at Nuka-World On Tour — Travel to Nuka-World on Tour and take any photo using your camera while inside the park grounds. This pairs well with the Nuka-Cola and Nuka-Cherry collection challenges in the same location.

Weekly Challenges

Complete Daily Operations on a Public Team! (x5)1000 SCORE

Deal Fire Damage to Enemies (x500)1000 SCORE
Drink Nuka-Cherry (x5)1000 SCORE
Kill a Blood Eagle (x30)1000 SCORE
Kill a Super Mutant (x30)1000 SCORE
Mod an Energy Weapon (x5)1000 SCORE
Scrap junk to produce Circuitry (x15)1000 SCORE

Quick completion hints:

  • Complete a Gold Star Daily Challenge! (x3) — Earn the Gold Star by completing all 6 non-Gold-Star dailies each day; repeat on two more days this week to close it out. Today's daily roster stacks cleanly.
  • Repeatable Under Rank 100: Gain XP (x10000) — A single Daily Ops run at Vault 94 plus a public event will cover most of this. Radiation Rumble and Daily Ops together typically deliver well over 10,000 XP.
  • Repeatable at Rank 100 or above: Complete a Public Event (x3) — Complete any three public events across the week; Uranium Fever, Scorched Earth, and Radiation Rumble all give reliable event-completion credit.
  • Build a Decoration in a Workshop or C.A.M.P. (x25) — Place 25 decoration items at your C.A.M.P. or a captured Workshop. Small items like rugs, planters, and pictures each count individually; you can place and scrap the same item repeatedly to stack the counter.
  • Complete Daily Operations on a Public Team! (x5) — Join a Public Team via the Social menu before each Daily Ops run. Today's Vault 94 Decryption run counts; five runs spread across the week finishes this without rushing.
  • Craft Ballistic Ammo (x65) — Use an Ammo Workbench to bulk-craft .38 or 5mm rounds. Stocking lead and gunpowder from scrapping junk or buying from vendors lets you knock out 65 rounds in a single bench session.
  • Deal Fire Damage to Enemies (x500) — Use a Flamer, Cremator, Molotov Cocktails, or weapons with incendiary legendary effects. Running any event or Daily Ops with a fire weapon accumulates the 500 damage total quickly across several enemy waves.
  • Drink Nuka-Cherry (x5) — Craft at a cooking station (Nuka-Cola + Mutfruit) for reliable supply. Completing today's Drink Nuka-Cherry (x2) daily contributes — craft three more to finish the weekly.
  • Kill a Blood Eagle (x30) — Blood Eagles spawn consistently near Crevasse Dam and along eastern Mire routes. Server-hopping after clearing each location stacks kills efficiently; the Rusty Pick area also has reliable Blood Eagle presence.
  • Kill a Super Mutant (x30) — Huntersville in the Savage Divide is the densest Super Mutant location in Appalachia. Server-hop after clearing to stack kills quickly; the Whitespring Resort exterior and Camp Adams are solid backup spots.
  • Mod an Energy Weapon (x5) — Bring any energy weapon to a Weapons Workbench and apply five separate mods. Inexpensive barrel or sight swaps on a Laser Pistol each count as one application.
  • Scrap junk to produce Circuitry (x15) — Items containing Circuitry include Telephones, Pre-War Telephones, Biometric Scanners, and Vacuum Tubes. Farm them at Watoga, the Charleston Capitol Building, or office buildings across the Forest, then scrap at your C.A.M.P. workbench.
