Today's Daily Ops
Active: →
- Mode: Decryption
- Location: Vault 94
- Enemies: Scorched
- Mutations/Effects: Savage Strike - Group Regeneration - Resilient
Run tips (quick & actionable):
- Resilient: keep a fast melee (or just weapon-bash) ready to finish enemies when they hit low HP.
- Group Regeneration: focus-fire targets down (don't spread damage across the pack).
- Savage Strike: expect hits to hurt-use cover, stims proactively, and prioritize survivability perks/gear.

Challenge hints
- Eat a Cake, Pie, or Candy (10):
- Cake: farm Fancy Lads Snack Cakes (e.g., Freddy Fear's House of Scares has multiple spawns; Sunshine Meadows workshop's food packaging can produce them if you run it).
- Pie: try Port-A-Diners (easy ones include Flatwoods Tavern), or grab the daily spawn on West Tek's roof if it's available on your server.
- Candy: if you/others have a Spooky Candy Bowl placed at a C.A.M.P., grab candy there (you'll need to be in a costume to take one).
- Collect a Lighter, Cigarette or Cigar (5): loot/scrap smoking junk in dense indoor loot spots (examples: Sugar Grove has lots of cigarette packs; Whitespring Golf Club commonly has cigar-related junk like cigar boxes).
- Drink Nuka-Cola Cranberry (2): check Nuka-Cola vending machines, or rely on a Nuka-Cola Collectron / Nuka-Cola Mystery Machine if you own them; it also has multiple world spawns across Appalachia.
- Kill a Snallygaster (3): reliable spawns include Federal Disposal Field HZ-21, Pylon V-13, and Kiddie Corner Cabins.
- Kill an Angler (3): consistent groups spawn at Gnarled Shallows and Thunder Mountain Substation TM-01; they also show up during Moonshine Jamboree.
- Scrap junk to produce Asbestos (5): packs of cigarettes / preserved cigarette packs scrap into asbestos and are plentiful in office/lab-type locations (again, Sugar Grove is a strong farm).

A player is looking for details on a hidden/less-obvious side trek near the west side of the map (north of Deathclaw Island area). Good thread to bookmark if you like unmarked exploration. - Mothman Equinox Fatigue
Discussion about participation dropping / AFKers during Equinox runs-useful context if your servers feel light and you're deciding whether to server-hop for better event clears. - Just deleted my whole camp :("
Painful lesson + advice thread: moving your C.A.M.P. module can force a partial "pack-up" that's hard to place back cleanly-great reminders on blueprinting in smaller chunks and testing placement before committing. - Secret silo exits.... apparently I'm a bit slow sometimes
Helpful silo QOL: players discussing quick exit routes (including the "porta-potty" style exits) and where to look-nice time-saver if you run silos often.
